| Moabit, a northern suburb of Berlin has shifted from pure industrial epicentre during the 1950s-2000, now hosts a mix of industry, art and community space, and mixed use housing. In the variety of defunct warehouses, conversions to cheaper office and workshops gave the rise to modern tech leveraged sectors. This study, is a study of how these new industries can integrate and collaborate with the old, as well as how they could pool resources into decentralised shared facilities.
