| It was my goal to push the versatility of a kitchen by reducing its parts to their minimal form removing specialisation. The use of Cosentino’s "Dekton" opens possibilities for a kitchen without implicate use nor conventional ownership due to its permanence and self-sanitising properties.
Stripped down to just a stovetop, a pan and a knife, tools used internationally in their cultural variants of wok’s and skillets.
When inserted into a new place the form could be adopted to create a new social meeting point; be absorbed into an existent cultural system of a market; or perhaps, be simply abandon and later rediscovered.
