| This project was created as a collaboration with Daniel Connell, originally aimed to be completed alongside the “Atlantis and the Anamorphic”. It had been sited within the same shipping containers the sculptures were attached. Instead, the technique is being developed for a future deployment.

The aim of the project was to use the quality of chromadepth film (a form of passive 3D glasses), in which it separates elements by tone that are in real life the same distance. Pure colours work most effectively with Red in front, Green in the middle and Blue in the rear.

As a result, one could overlay multiple colours and see them clearly separate using the glasses. We could, with this technique, project and overlay 3 separate environments based using an edge detection algorithm on 360degree photographs.

Overlaying 3 different places, figures, skylines, into one space, each with different positions for ideal viewing. As one navigated the space, adorn with chromadepth glasses, the audience would see a space come into focus in what was previously an arbitrary point in space.
